The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and centrally located in Zermatt. The kitchen area is well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking. The duvets and pillows provided were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of TV channels available, including popular British channels like BBC and ITV.

We felt snug and had no complaints about our stay.

The apartment was clean, had an incredible view and spotless and airy rooms. Having a handy kitchenette was convenient. There was bathtubs in the private bathroom. Our experience at this new and traditional venue was really good.

The apartment was traditional and clean, as described. The location was excellent, near Walk of Climb. Moreover, it was next to train station, wonderful Zermatt, and the center. Overall the staff was amiable and responsible here. This venue met the purpose; would happily go back again.

The apartment was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable stay during our city trip.

The building was situated on a low hill, requiring a climb up several flights of stairs, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy loads.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for a week and it was fantastic! The location was perfect, quiet, and private. The kitchen facilities were excellent and well-equipped. The short walk from the train station was a breeze, even with heavy baggage. The spacious and spotless apartment was just a short walk from the Main Street and supermarkets. The hosts were charming and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

our stay at chalet aeschhorn was even better than our previous visit to zermatt. the three-storey building was quiet and conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station. the hosts were welcoming and our spacious, bright room had all the necessary amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen.

    Lack of elevator.

Great value for the money, spacious and comfortable rooms with a fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and train station. The staff was friendly and responsive, ensuring a hassle-free check-in and check-out process.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by providing a wider variety of saucepans for larger families.
